Looking for a Doctor?: Our clinics accept new patients exclusively through the BC Health Registry. Please ensure you are registered and your information is up to date.

    Urgent Access Appointments (Non Patients of Clinics)

    Urgent Access Appointments:

    Available to the public (you do not need to be a patient of one of our family practice's)

    Appointments are bookable ONLY via phoning the clinic at 250-478-4421 (press option 1 to speak with the Medical Office Assistants, then option 3 for Urgent Care Appointments).

    Available to book up to 72 hours in advance.

    Appointments are only available for acute and episodic concerns. For example: cold, flu, sore throat, ear ache, UTI, non-life threatening injuries, prescription refills (no opioids or narcotics), birth control counselling, STI testing, etc. If unsure if your concern is acute or episodic, please call our clinic to discuss with a staff member.
